Who are we?

The Association des Industries d'Haïti (ADIH) is an institution of the private sector regrouping enterprises working mainly in the industrial area. It was created December 21st 1980, and was recognized as being of public utility since January 5th 1989. It is thereby one of Haiti’s most respected institutions.

Activity Area

ADIH counts around 104 members, allocated in different area of productions such as: carbonated and alcoholic drinks, packaging, cloth assembling for exportations, chemical products and their derivatives, food and pharmaceutical products, construction materials…


Vision

To promote the formal private sector investments and to influence the politics for a competitive growth, in order to improve the social and economic development in a long term.

Mission

  • -Promote services that respond to the needs of our members.
  • -Advocate for public policies that contribute to the competitiveness of the industry.
  • -Promote the industry through media, events and networking.
  • -Encourage the corporate social responsibility social responsibility practices.


NEW STATUS

I.- FORMATION AND REASON OF THE ADIH

Article 1.-
It is formed between the undersigned and all other persons adhering to these statutes, an association governed by these statutes and the laws which are applicable to it.

Article 2.-
The association takes the following name: Association des Industries d'Haïti: It may also and validly be designated by its sign: "ADIH"..
It may also be recognized in its reports outside Haiti under the name "Association of Haitian Industries", the use of the acronym ADIH remaining, regardless of the language used.
